How does Pliyos work?
Understand in 2 minutes how our system of Spaces, Library, and QR Codes works.
The Pliyos model at a glance
Pliyos is based on a clear separation between content creation (your Elements) and their physical organization in your establishment (your Spaces).
1. Your reusable content
This is your content inventory. Here you create and manage Wi-Fi codes, restaurant menus, PDF manuals, or feedback forms. Each item exists independently and can be assigned to one or multiple spaces.
2. Spaces & Accommodations
This is the physical structure of your establishment (rooms, villas, suites). Organize your folders hierarchically (e.g. Floor 1 > Standard or Premium Room) and link your elements there.
Your establishment organization
Structure your establishment in a simple way (e.g., Establishment > Zone > Room). Each space has its own QR code and specific items. Guests can easily navigate from a space to its parent folders via the breadcrumbs.

Elements configured on parent (general):
These general items (like the main Wi-Fi or the welcome booklet) are configured on the root folder. Guests access them by navigating up the establishment structure via breadcrumbs.
QR Code Flexibility: Global or Dedicated?
You choose how your guests access information. An equipment or space can optionally have its own QR Code.
Option A: Global QR Code (Room)
A single QR Code unique placed at the room entrance. When scanned, it opens a custom portal with all elements linked to this room (Wi-Fi, guide, manuals). Easiest to deploy.
Option B: Dedicated QR Codes (Equipment)
Place a QR Code directly on a specific appliance (e.g., coffee machine, A/C, safe). Scanning it opens only the manual for that machine. Great for avoiding recurring guest questions.
Option C: Mixed Mode (Recommended)
A global QR Code on the bedside table for Wi-Fi and general guides, plus small, discreet QR codes on complex machines (jacuzzi, coffee machine). Offers the best guest experience.
Quick Start Checklist
Create your items (Wi-Fi, menus, manuals) in your reusable content.
Create the organization of your Spaces (e.g., Floor 1, Standard Room, Premium Suite).
Assign your reusable content to the corresponding spaces.
Download and print your QR Codes (global or dedicated) to install them.
